The Blackbird 39K series is built with solid materials and is suitable for almost any configuration. Due to the high revolutions per minute, it can also be used in short stroke constructions of 0.5 joules or less than 1 joule. Take care of the management of the spring and the sector gear to avoid pre-locking that will cause the piston or the sector gear to break.
Our magnets can withstand high temperatures of up to 150°C.
The armor is equipped with a cooling system and 0.8 mm cables.
The cooling port near the end bell provides impactful cooling without risk of engine damage if any internal components fail. The CNC machined end bell also provides better cooling and better fit and strength of the bearings within the motor. The sprocket is made of a durable material with MIM technology and with a D-shaped fitting, it is easy to change if necessary. It also provides better force translation than O-shaped pinion gears.
